Someone who keeps you focused, every week.
€200 a month, cancel any month, plus VAT. You work with the same tools as in a strategy sprint, on your own rather than in one-to-one sparring. Every Monday morning you go through what you are working on, live with Marcel and other challengers.

What is inside: modules, live sparring, community.
The tools to work with yourself. The weekly outside view. And other founders you can reach in between.
On its own, each would be too little. Together they give you a counterpart that knows your business and moves you forward every week.
The same tools as in a strategy sprint: differentiation, pricing, positioning.
Video modules on differentiation, the ideal customer, pricing and positioning, built on the same method a full sprint day runs on. You learn the technique behind it and get the matching Miro board. You do the work, and what comes out of it you bring into the weekly session or post in the community whenever you like.
Ninety minutes every Monday where you are not thinking alone.
You bring what you are sitting on, a decision that is due. Marcel and the other challengers go through it with you so you make the right one. You also hear what the others are working on, and that is often the more useful part: the mistakes you do not have to make yourself, someone else is making right now.
Between sessions it keeps going.
Questions rarely turn up at ten on a Tuesday. In the community you ask when it comes up and get an answer: from Marcel or from founders who had the same question three months ago. Plus every recording of the sparring sessions.
Under pressure, focus is the first thing to go.
Not out of carelessness, but because everything suddenly becomes urgent. Someone reads about a new tactic, an investor asks a question, a competitor does something new, and three weeks later the roadmap looks different.
That is what the accelerator is for. Once a week, someone asks whether this still adds to your strategy.
What comes up again and again in the sessions
„What a brilliant session. It moved me forward enormously.“
Anna König, Memomeals„We now have a Miro board that sales, marketing and the whole team can access. It holds the answers to every question we keep being asked.“
Rima Ostkirchen, Evovell
„It helps me enormously to see the real value of my startup and where to put my focus.“

Sparring every week, cancel any month.
A weekly sparring session with Marcel and the group, all video modules and tools, and a community you can reach around the clock. You start immediately, access is there once you have booked. Whether you have just founded or are already scaling makes no difference: you bring your questions, and those change from phase to phase. Module by module your business and brand architecture takes shape, piece by piece instead of in a run of sprint days.
Note: The accelerator is for startups only.
€2,000 a year, you save two months.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. It is a group session, not one-to-one consulting. That is the difference to a sprint, and that is why the price works.
The sparring session runs Mondays from 8 to 9.30 am, so 90 minutes. If you cannot make it, watch the recording.
Nothing. The community keeps running and the video modules are available any time.
Yes, that is often how it works. Programmes bring you a network, capital contacts and structure. This is about differentiation, positioning and pricing, the things that usually get too little room there. The two together work better than either alone.
No. The modules build on each other, but you can join at any time.
Programmes are built to help many at once, so they work with what has proven itself generally. Here you work on your own business, with tools that otherwise run in a strategy sprint.
In both cases yes. The tools are the same, the questions are not: at the start it is usually about who your ideal customer is and what you can charge. Later it is about why the competition is catching up and how you hold your margin. Both can be discussed in the same group, and for the others it is often the more useful part, because they hear what lies ahead of or behind them.
Mixed, and that is deliberate. B2B and B2C, app and service, just founded and already scaling. The questions differ in detail, the principles behind them do not: who your customer is, what they get from you, why they choose you and not the next one. Listening in from another industry, people often spot their own problem faster, because they see it from outside for the first time.
Probably not. The group is about products, markets and growth, not about utilisation and hourly rates. Both are legitimate questions, they just lead to different answers. Anyone working as a service provider gets little here and brings the group little.
The only fixed point is Monday morning, 90 minutes, and even that is voluntary. You work through the modules and boards whenever it suits. How fast something takes shape depends on how much you put in.
Per startup. The €200 covers your whole team, whether there are two of you or five.
Yes, cancel any month and rejoin whenever you like.
That is possible. Some programmes book the accelerator as an add-on for their startups, because differentiation, positioning and pricing are not covered on their side. Ask your programme or write to us and we will sort it out directly.
